In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 By accessing the jlspin platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with the jlspin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlspin with respect to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 jlspin may update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding, and the English version shall govern in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of jlspin is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jlspin will verify your age through KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. jlspin is operated and regulated for the Philippine market under PAGCOR authorization. Players must not access or use the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of jlspin is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. jlspin makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on jlspin. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlspin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to forfeit any funds associated with accounts found to be in violation of this rule.

3.4 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must notify jlspin promptly of any changes to your registered information. jlspin reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

3.5 KYC Verification. jlspin is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You must provide at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys national ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) upon request. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.6 You may not register or use a jlspin account on behalf of any third party. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other individual under any circumstances.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. jlspin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 You must notify jlspin immediately through the official support channel upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized transactions have been made on your account. jlspin reserves the right to temporarily freeze your account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.

4.3 Account Activity. jlspin reserves the right to classify an account as inactive if no login or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of six (6) months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee in accordance with applicable regulations, and jlspin will provide advance notice before any such fee is applied.

4.4 jlspin reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals, when account activity raises compliance concerns, or upon periodic review. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

5.1 Deposits. jlspin accepts deposits through approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which may include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are subject to change and will be displayed in the Wallet section of your account at the time of transaction.

5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jlspin will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the account may be restricted pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. jlspin aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to payment processor handling times.

5.4 jlspin reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional documentation, or delay withdrawal processing when required by regulatory obligations, internal risk management procedures, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5.5 Currency for all transactions on jlspin is Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.

6.1 jlspin may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, free bets, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits awarded by jlspin are subject to wagering or rollover requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period will be specified in the terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

6.3 jlspin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory notification requirements. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6.4 Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available for one-time use per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. jlspin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credits from accounts where it determines that bonus abuse, exploitation, or fraud has occurred.

6.5 jlspin reserves the right to void winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that any Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage wagering, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7.1 All games offered on jlspin are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within the game interface or the Platform's help section. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay.

7.2 RNG & Game Integrity. All non-live games on jlspin utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including jlspin. Certified RTP percentages are published within each game's information panel.

7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, server error, communications failure, or any technical interruption that renders the outcome of a wager uncertain, jlspin reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. No winnings will be paid in respect of a voided round. jlspin will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

7.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting is subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform, including but not limited to rules regarding void bets, event cancellations, rule 4 deductions, and in-play betting restrictions. Results are determined based on official sources and verified records of the relevant sporting bodies.

7.5 jlspin reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict betting markets, or decline to accept any wager at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlspin, and engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any Wallet balance, without prejudice to jlspin's right to report such conduct to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any time during the verification process;
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account on jlspin;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback fraud, identity theft, or collusion;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to artificially manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any transaction that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or any other applicable law;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or access control implemented on the Platform;
• Sharing account access with any third party, or using an account funded by a third party;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity related to sports betting markets on jlspin;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlspin staff or other Players through any communication channel on the Platform.

9.1 All content on the jlspin Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the proprietary property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

9.3 The jlspin name, brand identity, and logo are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorized use of any jlspin trademark, including use in connection with any unauthorized website or service, is strictly prohibited.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jlspin's total liability to you in respect of any claims arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 jlspin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if jlspin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 jlspin does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform or any of its features. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlspin makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.4 jlspin shall not be liable for any losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, internet disruptions, regulatory actions, acts of God, or natural disasters.

11.1 jlspin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may at any time request self-exclusion from jlspin, which will result in the temporary or permanent closure of their account and the suspension of all gaming access. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and may be made through Account Settings or by contacting jlspin support. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period selected by the Player.

11.3 Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from jlspin must not attempt to register new accounts or access the Platform through any other means during the exclusion period. jlspin will use reasonable measures to enforce self-exclusion requests but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of access in all circumstances.

11.4 jlspin complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, including the implementation of mandated exclusion lists. Players appearing on any PAGCOR-maintained exclusion list will not be permitted to hold or access a jlspin account.

12.1 jlspin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice, at its absolute discretion — in any of the following circumstances:

• Where jlspin has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Where jlspin is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Where a Player's account activity is identified as presenting an unacceptable risk under jlspin's internal compliance or risk management policies;
• Where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected;
• Where a Player is identified on a self-exclusion list or any PAGCOR-maintained exclusion registry.

12.2 Upon account closure, jlspin will return any verified legitimate balance remaining in the Player's Wallet to the extent required by Applicable Law, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to jlspin and any funds withheld pending compliance investigation.

12.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting jlspin support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding wagering activity will be settled before the account is closed.

13.1 jlspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, jlspin will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or via registered email or SMS notification.

13.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of jlspin following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact jlspin to close your account.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jlspin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.3 jlspin is subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have exhausted jlspin's internal dispute resolution process and remain unsatisfied may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels for regulatory review.

14.4 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceeding, Players must first submit their dispute to jlspin's customer support and allow a reasonable period for internal review and resolution. jlspin is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly and will acknowledge all formal written complaints within five (5) business days.
